3-4 times a week and focus on weight training.
3. What motivates and inspire you, both regarding health and work?
Regarding both health and work I get motivated by achieving results and have a clear purpose with everything I do. Most important of all when I can motivate and inspire others to achieve their health/work goals.
4. What is you favourite exercise or motivational quote?
Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you.
5. What makes you excited?
When there is a clear actionplan to achieve the vision that no one else believes in.
6. What is a challenge you have overcome and what did you learn from it?
Putting myself out in a crowed environment and that taught me that you`ll always learn valuable life experience from each person you talk to.

Healthy planet = Healthy people. The link between is so much powerful that we all need to implement this in our everyday life.
8. Who is your biggest inspiration?
Besides Isabella Löwengrip, every singel woman out there who are not giving up on their dreams and always inspires others to achieve their goals.
